In my childhood, I was always curious that how electricity gets generated, how home appliances like bulb, tube light and fan work. These thoughts helped me to take technical education in Electrical at 8th standard. It helps me to understand and use of electricity for real life applications. Then I never look back, I took electronics subject in my junior college education which leads me to take engineering in Electronics.

During my second year, I was very surprised with the device CRO (Cathode Ray Oscilloscope), as it visualizes the electrical signals. So, I explored functionalities of CRO which was helped during my practical’s and I use to help my batch mates to use CRO. One day this was noticed by our teacher Prof. D. V. Jadhav and he said you will become a teacher. As it was a real blessing of my teacher, and after completion of my graduation I joined teaching as a full-time profession.

To enhance the knowledge and capabilities for educating students, I have completed Master of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication in the year 2007 under University of Mumbai. During my post-graduation Prof. R. B. Kulkarni generated a great interest about the probability and statistical concepts. After completion of my post-graduation, I got an opportunity to teach one of the most difficult subject as Statistical Theory of Communication for post-graduation degree which gives recognition as a teacher of the University of Mumbai for M.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering and also became a visiting faculty to various institutes for the same subject.

As a teacher, I explored and communicated various analytical subjects like Control Systems, Electromagnetic Engineering, Circuit Theory and Networks, Signals and Systems, Random Signal Analysis, and Statistical Theory of communication. Also, Mobile Communication Systems, Wireless Networks, Satellite Communication etc. My interest always towards analytical subjects whereas most of the students facing problem to understand the mathematical concepts. So, I tried to create interest and to understand in better way, interactive and problem-solving based methods along with the ICT tool are used.

Being an educator in Vidyalankar Institute of technology developed a mind set to apply the concept, knowledge, and technology for real life applications. It will help me to design problem-based learning experiment and to use technology to develop good experiments which help students in the life. As I have guided various B.E. and master’s students in their projects to analyse, develop various concepts and applications in the field of Electronics and Telecommunication engineering, which allowed me to connect with real life problems. Working with students for so many years, it made me possible to create various concepts and systems and published various research papers in the National and International Journals.

Before joining VIT, I have beautiful memories of teaching in Terna Engineering College, Nerul, Navi Mumbai. I would like to mention some people like Dr. S. K. Bodhe and Prof. C. N. Deshmukh who have been strong influences, who have helped me to grow not only as a teacher but also as a person. Fortunate to relate to talented people, I learnt the different mathematical and simulation modelling for communication systems. Also be a good team member as well as to lead and handle various administrative responsibilities. Due which in the same year 2009, I was Academic Coordinator of the department, ETSA Coordinator, IETE Convener and Magazine coordinator of the institute.

A pride moment to be part of Vidyalankar Institute of Technology in the year 2010, and then I never looked back while handling any administrative responsibilities with great guidance and support. Apart from teaching I have handled various responsibilities such as Academic coordinator, Sports Convenor, Magazine Coordinator, V-ideas Coordinator, STTP Coordinator, Tantravihar Co-Convenor which helps to me to explore my capabilities as well as to develop students capabilities for various responsibilities along with academics.

As a teacher I always try to inspire students for their professional and personal growth, also to provide opportunities to acquire knowledge, skills and understanding that will meet their needs now and in future.

I am interested in literature, various editorial reading, and tree plantation. I always like to spend my free time for reading, tree plantation and activities related to agriculture field.
